Terms and Conditions

• Gift cards are available for purchase in our owned stores in Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Poland.
• Gift cards are valid for 4 years from purchase.
• If you have purchased a Gift Card in one of our owned and operated stores (full price and outlet) or have received it as a gift or refund method, you can only redeem it in the same country of purchase. Not on our ecom websites.
• Please keep your Gift Card’s number and bar code physically intact and legible. It could be impossible to redeem a Gift Card if the number/bar code get lost.
• Please keep your Gift Card protected and confidential and do not share it with anybody if you do not intend to authorize such person to redeem it. The brand will not verify that a Gift Card is being used by the original recipient.
• Gift Cards have a maximum amount of 500 EUR / 2300 PLN / 13000 CZK.
• If your gift card’s balance is insufficient, another payment method may be used for remaining value (e.g. credit card).
• For returned items purchased using a gift card and another payment method both will be refunded with their corresponding values on the original gift card and on the other payment method.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed/returned for cash or any other payment method, neither entirely or in part, or reimbursed in case of loss, theft or damage.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
