1 Natural Waist

Measure the total circumference with the measurement tape placed horizontally on the smallest part of the waist.

2 Low Waist

Measure the total circumference with the measurement tape placed horizontally 5cm/2" below the natural waist.

How to Measure

TIPS: To measure the height, have the child stand up against the wall, bare feet flat on the floor and heels together. The child should look straight ahead. Place a book or flat cardboard on top of the head to form an angle with the wall. Mark with a pencil where the base of the book meets the wall and measure from the mark to the ground.

1 Height

Measure the height from top of the head to the ground.

2 Chest

Measure the total circumference with the tape placed horizontally around the largest part of the chest.

3 Waist

Measure the total circumference with the measurement tape placed horizontally on the smallest part of the waist.

4 Hips

Measure the total circumference at the fullest part of the part of buttocks with the tape placed horizontally.

1 Height

Measure the height from top of the head to the ground.
