Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about, you can
return them within 30 calendar days of delivery of the Products and get a refund.
Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe,
secure and in good condition. In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be
fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for
express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.
How to make a return?
The size doesn't fit or you've changed your mind? No worries, we have a 30-day free return policy! Please follow these steps to return:
2.1 Access your order
If you have an account: login, go to order history and access your order.
2.2 Submit your return
If you ordered as a Guest, access "Account > My Order" at the bottom of the website, then enter email, order n° and billing postcode.
Once in your order details, hit the button to start the return and follow the steps. On the final stage you will be directed to print your pre-paid return label.
2.3 Prepare your parcel
Place the return items in your parcel and close it. Stick the printed label on top of the old one. Your parcel is ready!
2.4 Return the parcel
Depending on available return methods in your country, you can drop off your parcel or schedule a home pickup. Make sure to keep the return receipt.
2.5 Wait for the return confirmation
You'll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (2-3 business days).
2.6 Other methods to return goods
If you do not want to follow the procedure described above, you are free to choose your preferred return method. Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the goods will be at your expense and that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us.
2.7 Other methods to inform us of your rights of withdrawal
You can also use the model form below if you want to inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Please note, that you may not return the goods to the address mentioned in the model form. You need to return the goods in accordance with sections 2.1 to 2.4.
Legal guarantee for faulty goods
In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by
your local law)
guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material
within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note
damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
You can return faulty Products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get a full refund,
including any shipping costs, as applicable.
